Rentokil Initial has completed the acquisition of leading North American pest control businesses, Steritech Group, Inc., which was first announced on 1 September.
The acquisition was subject to regulatory requirements including clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the HSR Act).
An ambitious, acquisition-led strategy in the region has also included the recent take-over of pest control company, Anderson Pest Solutions USA.
