Frank MacInnis, the visionary 68 year old construction industry executive who is credited with saving EMCOR Group predecessor, JWP (Jamaica Water Properties) from bankruptcy during his tenure as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has announced his intention to retire from the Board's Risk Oversight Committee at the end of October.

Mr. MacInnis, who had previously served as Chairman of construction industry competitor, the Comstock Group, oversaw the rebranding of JWP to EMCOR Group in 1994, and the creation of the facilities management division that has transformed it from a loss-making construction company with a reputation for ill-timed acquisitions, into one of the world's leading integrated support services providers.
