Following Frank MacInnis' retirement from EMCOR Group and the announcement of Steven B. Schwarzwaelder's election as a board member, a significant reapportionment of the group's share capital between key directors has been notified to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Twelve of the thirteen SEC filings since 30 October were submitted earlier today and relate to a significant restructuring of EMCOR Group's equity capita that sees existing shares exchanging hands.
Significant disposals of shares owned by former Chairman and CEO, Mr. MacInnis, were notified to the SEC late last week.
