LIA Support Hub Welcomes New Team Member

The Lighting Industry Association (LIA) is pleased to welcome Kirstin Shortt.

Kirstin joins the LIA as 'Support Hub' Assistant following its recent launch and the introduction of a new, fully automated caller management system.

The LIA Support Hub will ensure the association learns and benefits from the experience of members and responds in a professional, informed and responsive manner.

As Support Hub Assistant, Kirstin is now the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and via the LIA website. She will also be responsible for answering questions relating to membership, training, technical matters and the LIA's event calendar (including providing hotel recommendations and sharing local knowledge).

Kirstin has several years of management experience within customer services, recruitment, and also provided and operated a help desks for clients and staff at a financial services company.

"I feel strongly about delivering a first class service to everyone who contacts The LIA, as well as providing a professional and personalised experience", she says.
