Massachusetts real estate advisory firm SIREAS has announced its expansion into the New York City area only a year after its establishment.
SIREAS, LLC has opened a new office at Suite 20522, 234 10th Avenue, New York, NY 10011-9993 a year after launching in Bellingham, Greater Boston.
The strategic consulting firm advises national and multinational businesses on corporate real estate portfolio, facility and outsourcing management.
President and CEO Ingrid Fenn told FM Magazine the move would make the company more accessible to a growing number of clients in NYC's commercial district and "widen our talent-sourcing pool".
