SL Green and Jeff Sutton Sign 69,000 Square-Foot Lease with Nike
SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE: SLG), New York City's largest commercial landlord, along with its partner Jeff Sutton, today announced that NIKE, Inc., the world's leading designer, marketer and distributor of authentic athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories for a wide variety of sports and fitness activities, signed a 15-year lease covering seven floors and 69,214 square feet at 650 Fifth Avenue. The lease comprises the building's entire retail component.

Situated at West 52nd Street, 650 Fifth Avenue is a 36-story office building in the heart of the Plaza District.
