Leading UAE business support services provider Transguard has opened a branch office to provide onshore services to companies operating within the Tecom Free Zone Authority.

Having a physical presence in Dubai Internet City, Transguard now has access to eleven business communities and over 5,100 companies with a combined workforce of 76,000, covering vertical sectors such as media, science, design, ICT, education, manufacturing and trade.

The strategic step was envisioned after Transguard identified the needs of free zone companies that wanted to expand their business operations, but were concerned about two key elements. Firstly, the issue of human capital management when expanding their existing workforces or delivering project based contracts and secondly should a business opportunity arrive from outside of Tecom's jurisdiction, how could that be most cost-effectively managed.
