A comprehensive report offers new insights into the Build to Rent (BTR) industry in the UK capital.
Compiled by Cortland Consult in collaboration with the UK Apartment Association (UKAA), "BTR Open & Operating Report London" also drew on data from industry partners HomeViews and REalyse to create a 'BTR Map' or comprehensive overview of how the industry is progressing in London and beyond.
According to Rory Cramer, CEO & Co-Founder of HomeViews which collects verified resident reviews for new build homes across the UK, the inclusion within the report of reviews covering over 90% of completed BTR schemes in the UK, serves as a testament to the exceptional resident experience provided by the BTR sector.
Cramer emphasizes the positive feedback received from BTR residents.
Expressing enthusiasm for their involvement, Gavriel Merkado, Founder & CEO of REalyse (UK), explains how technology was used to create the BTR Map to represent proprietary data from Cortland Consult and HomeViews.
Findings from the report were presented and discussed during a UKAA webinar on Tuesday, 13th June 2023.
