Equiniti Extends UK TFM Contract

Administration and payment solutions provider Equiniti Group has extended its five-year total facilities management (TFM) contract with Incentive FM by a further three years following a competitive tender process.

The extension which is valued at in excess of £10 million, will see the UK facility services provider continue to deliver facilities management, centralised help desk, maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, pest control, landscaping, utility management, and procurement services at 22 Equiniti locations occupying more than 365,000sq ft.

Commenting on the decision to award the contract to Incentive, Michael Burt, Equiniti Group’s Property and Procurement Director, said:

“Incentive FM have consistently delivered over the past five years and presented a compelling commercial offer. It is very important for us to work with a service partner who understands the requirements of the Group and can deliver specialist support and Incentive have proven they can do this.”

Incentive FM, managing director, Bruce McDonnell, said:

“This is an extremely complex contract covering a wide number of buildings across the country.

“Over the past five years we have demonstrated our ability to provide a flexible service and respond to a client’s developing needs, whilst delivering a high level of service.”
