Wiener Wohnen, Europe’s largest municipal property management company, has appointed AktivBo to provide customer surveys and a continuous customer dialogue under a new six-year agreement.

The Vienna-based property manager owns and operates over 220,000 homes, requiring a solid understanding of tenants’ needs and how to improve living situations. The collaboration with AktivBo is expected to enhance its use of data by giving tenants a direct say in future improvements.

Responses to survey questionnaires will be made available on AktivBo Analytics, a dedicated data analysis platform which has been developed to support smarter decision making within the real estate industry by presenting data drilldowns.

Lisa Winter, CEO of AktivBo DACH, says: “We are very proud and excited to go hand in hand with Wiener Wohnen on this journey and we are confident that we can help in creating an even better tenant experience.

“Our platform is well suited for supporting large housing and real estate companies and we also have benchmarking data for companies with 100 000+ tenants. This will serve as a guide for desired service levels, help in goal setting and engage the organization.”
