UK property services company Ian Williams has achieved “We invest in people” Gold accreditation for a third consecutive time. 

The premium accolade recognises excellence in people management, leadership, performance evaluation and empowerment.

A Gold award is a very high standard to retain

Jenny Goward, the assessor for the Investors in People standard which was launched by the UK government but is now administered by a Community Interest Company, comments: “Ian Williams has progressed to ‘high performing’ in many areas.
