Independently evaluated against Annex A: Security hardware and cylinder test and assessment, as well as Annex B: Enhanced security performance for doorsets, these doorsets have now become an integral part of IKON Aluminium's suite of PAS 24:2016 approved louvred products.
Notably, the company emphasises its unique position as the sole UK manufacturer to secure PAS 24:2016 certification for this comprehensive range of products.
The outward-opening single and double doorsets have been thoughtfully designed to cater to applications necessitating both ventilation and security.
They find practical use in various scenarios, such as providing access to computer server rooms, plant or generator enclosures, secure refuse areas, bike storage facilities, underground car parks, and safeguarding high-value goods while ensuring adequate airflow.
These doorsets are designed for seamless integration into building facades and boast fully welded construction with meticulously fixed aluminium bird mesh.
Comprising 20mm steel security bars, a full-height continuous heavy-duty security hinge, and a high-security lock with a 29mm bar bolt, anti-snap euro cylinder, and armoured strike, these doorsets demonstrate exceptional security features.
This latest round of security testing means that we can now offer our customers a complete suite of independently tested, PAS 24:2016 approved aluminium louvred products.
Further, the option is available to install single or double skin insulating blanking panels, adding to the versatility of the doorsets.
