Robert M. Chiste Named Encycle President and CEO

Encycle Corporation, formerly REGEN Energy Inc., today announces the addition of Bob Chiste to the Encycle team as President and CEO. Bob has served as Encycle's Chairman since 2011 and previously served as Interim CEO. He has over 30 years of P&L experience in the energy industry and a proven track record of building several highly successful public and private companies over the past two decades.

Mr. Chiste was the founding CEO of Comverge, Inc. in 2001 where he pioneered the concept of outsourced demand management through Comverge's Virtual Peaking Capacity offering. He lead Comverge's highly successful IPO in 2007, retiring in 2009 to start a family venture investment firm named Sorfina Capital. Since 2009 he also served as Executive-in-Residence for two energy venture capital firms: El Dorado Ventures and Enertech Capital. Chiste has served on numerous public and private company boards and has been a frequent guest speaker on the efficacy of Demand Management's critical role in the electric industry eco-system.
