MyInepro Mobile App

Inepro announces the release of its new mobile app MyInepro which is yet another valuable addition to our comprehensive cashless solution.

The MyInepro application for end-users, within an Inepro Back office suit (iBos) environment, gives insight into and control over transactions and documents and has capabilities similar to mobile banking apps. Organizations which connect different operating processes like accounting, paying, printing, scanning, access registration by using the latest version of iBos, can now offer the same transparency and insight to their employees or students with MyInepro.

MyInepro brings a new level of convenience

MyInepro is a mobile application, for iOS, Android and Windows, developed for end-users in an Inepro cashless environment. MyInepro is a user-friendly application supporting different languages and is used to monitor transactions and manage print-documents. Its clean design will show a summary of most recent payments, the current balance, how much has been spent in the previous week and how many documents are placed in the printing queue at a glance. Print-jobs can be easily released by for example using a QR-code.

In control with MyInepro

MyInepro will keep extended records of all payments with a clear description of time, date, location and product or service which provides insight into personal user behavior. The application also shows the number of prints waiting to be released, if they will be processed in color or black & white and a print preview can be requested. By always being aware of the balance and spending limit there will be no surprises. The balance can be topped up instantly by using Ideal or PayPal. An overview of estimated print costs is also a feature within the application and changing the number of print jobs, color or black & white or removing them is possible by using the app. Cost centers can be assigned even when the documents are already placed in the print queue.

A lost or stolen identification card, tag or badge can be blocked via MyInepro.
