Acquisition of The Kemtah Group
Belcan, LLC ("Belcan"), a global supplier of engineering, technical recruiting, and information technology (IT) services supporting the aerospace, industrial and government services markets, announces that it has acquired The Kemtah Group ("Kemtah"). Terms of the transaction - which closed on Wednesday - were not disclosed. Belcan is a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, LLC ("AEI"), a private investor in aerospace, power generation, and specialty industrial companies.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kemtah provides its customers a complete suite of IT support services, from initial assessment of IT maturity and processes to fully deployed, enterprise-wide, managed IT services, software/application development, cybersecurity, and mobility support.
"The acquisition of Kemtah greatly enhances our Government IT Services business, which has been rapidly growing since our purchase of Intercom Federal Systems five months ago," said Lance Kwasniewski, Chief Executive Officer of Belcan.
