Watchman Monitoring's cutting-edge technology records the performance of vital equipment in real time and transmits the usage data to the CMS control centre. This means CMS can provide a more proactive service, using the data to quickly identify faults, run-time errors and energy wastage. All data can be readily shared with its customers via the Cloud.

The technology provides 24/7 building monitoring as well as customised auto alerts, ensuring that faults are diagnosed before they reach a critical level. Companies that use CMS' services have seen benefits, including significant energy savings, for example: a CMS client saw a 14 per cent reduction in energy spend per month through using the technology.

Using Watchman Monitoring means that CMS can also monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, light levels, air conditioning and energy consumption, independently of any Building Management System.
