Cushman & Wakefield has added two more talented commercial real estate brokers to its industrial sales and leasing teams in Phoenix, Arizona.

Joining the firm are Micki Strain, Managing Director, who will specialize in institutional industrial investment sales, and Foster Bundy, Senior Associate, who will focus on industrial leasing and private capital sales.

Strain will be part of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) – Mountain West team based in Phoenix that comprises Executive Vice Chairman Will Strong, Executive Managing Director Phil Haenel, Senior Director Kirk Kuller, Senior Marketing Lead Stephanie Saccente, and recently announced members Associate Molly Hunt and Senior Financial Analyst Cal Conway.

Bundy joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix Industrial leasing team that comprises Vice Chairman Mike Haenel, Vice Chairman Andy Markham, Executive Managing Director Phil Haenel and Senior Associate Brandon Borsheim. With a combined more than 70 years of real estate experience and consistent top producers, the team specializes in representing and consulting owners, developers, and corporate tenants who wish to acquire, develop, and dispose of industrial real estate regionally and beyond.

In addition, Sarah Baleanu, Brokerage Specialist, has also recently joined Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix and will provide administrative support for each of these industrial teams.

“Micki and Foster have emerged as rising stars within our industry, and we’re excited to welcome them to the team and to continue adding exceptional talent to the firm. They exemplify our commitment to our clients and to excellence. The focus of our business is to exceed our clients’ goals by showing quantifiable results and advise them through the conditions of any market and/or economic cycle,” says Carney, Cushman & Wakefield’s Market Leader in Arizona.

Strong says: “Micki has quickly established herself as a successful, proven professional and real estate expert. She is driven and her client experience, including working with many of the world’s most recognized companies, has provided a solid foundation early in her career.

“Micki was an intern for us at Cushman & Wakefield while in college and it’s exciting to see how her career has taken shape and watching her turn into a standout broker. We’re glad to welcome her back to Cushman & Wakefield in Arizona where she can continue to expand our business and path of growth as part of our team.”

“Foster also brings great experience and knowledge to his new role at our firm. He has already built strong, lasting connections with investors and property owners in the Phoenix market that has led to many business opportunities,” adds Haenel. “Hiring talent that is smart, growing, and hard-working will continue to best represent our clients’ interests and maintain our position as market leaders.”
