Landlord leasing, advisory and transaction specialist Leah Masson has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle office as a Senior Director.

Following almost a decade working in the real estate industry, Masson brings a strong track record of serving institutional landlords to her new role and has previously represented many of the region’s major property owners.

Alison Beddard, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Principal for Washington and Oregon, says: “Leah’s extensive market knowledge, strong work ethic, fresh perspective to the office sector, and keen sense in understanding client needs have helped her build reputable relationships throughout the business community and a great reputation as a broker,”

“Leah represents the exceptional and innovative talent we continue to aspire to shape our team, which is quickly evolving as a differentiator in the market.

“In just the past few years, C&W has seen double-digit roster growth in the Puget Sound as we have leaned into recruiting top talent across our diverse line of services, including brokerage, commercial and residential asset services, valuation, advisory and multifamily services.

“It is my mission and priority to create a culture and environment of collaboration and values placing our best team on the field for each client. With changing times, we want our clients to be reassured that C&W provides a robust and aligned multi-service team committed to delivering results in real time,”

In addition to her individual brokerage work, Leah will collaborate with Andrew Shultz and Brandon Burmeister, two of Cushman & Wakefield’s preeminent Agency Leasing brokers serving the Puget Sound, forming a powerhouse landlord rep team focused on winning new business. Shultz and Burmeister currently represent many high-profile and influential office projects in the Seattle and Eastside markets.  The firm’s growing Asset Services team led by Chris Battles will partner with Masson, Burmeister and Shultz to provide innovative leasing and management solutions going forward.

As both an individual and teammate, Masson has demonstrated excellent deal negotiation skills and has been recognized for her strategic approach to deal making and building repositions to achieve both immediate and long-term goals for her clients. “Leah will be a key contributor in helping C&W align our Agency Leasing services with each of our other client service lines,” adds Beddard.
