Cushman & Wakefield has made three key appointments to its Hospitality Capital Markets brokerage team in Orange County, California.

Aseem Tandon has joined as an Executive Director, supported by new Senior Associate Kamlesh Patel and Associate, Johnny Quan.

The team’s primary role is representing sellers and buyers of hospitality properties and providing full-service solutions to investors and developers in Orange County, the Southern California region, and across the United States.

Joining from Colliers, the trio have amassed combined experience of more than 18 years serving private and institutional clients in the hospitality sector.

Patel’s specializations include selling homes, motels, and hotels, particularly to those in the Indian community. He currently has investments in three franchised hotels, having recently sold another. In addition to his work in investment management, he has also served in the role as general manager for multiple hotels in Southern and Northern California.

Johnny Quan specializes in the hospitality capital market and investment sales, and has excelled in negotiation, due diligence, and deal structuring according to Cushman & Wakefield. He says he is committed to fostering collaborative partnerships and delivering operational excellence.
