Seasoned Multifamily Executive Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Tina West has joined Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE as Senior Managing Director, Multifamily Asset Services for the western United States.

West, who previously served as Managing Director and Multifamily Practice Leader for CBRE’s Property Management business in the Americas, brings more than three decades of experience, including knowledge of  conventional, new construction, affordable, Active Adult, HOA and purpose-built single-family rentals.

She will be based in San Diego, California where she will oversee the firm’s management portfolio of approximately 466 properties totaling over 91,000 apartment homes in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas.

Announcing the appointment, Marla Maloney, Cushman & Wakefield President of Asset Services in the Americas, said: “Tina has an exceptional history overseeing and anticipating the needs of the multifamily clients and residents she serves.  She is a tremendous addition and will be an integral part of our existing and future multifamily business.”

Prior to her career with CBRE, West served as COO of Capstone Real Estate overseeing the management of over 36,000 apartment units. She also held senior leadership roles at LMC Living (Lennar), Sunrise Management, Monarch Group and has owned her own business focused on brokerage and property management of both multifamily and residential properties.
