Cushman & Wakefield Strengthens California Investment Sales
Veteran commercial land and investment sales professional John Kaufman has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director of its Sacramento office.
During the last two decades, Kaufman has brokered numerous transactions throughout California and Nevada. He has worked with many high-profile clients and dozens of agricultural land owners in the acquisition and disposition of residential lots, farm land, retail, office and industrial investments – most recently in his capacity as principal of land development company, Kaufman Properties, Inc.
Kaufman has also been active with multiple professional and civic organizatiions, including the Urban Land Institute, BOMA, Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange, Sacramento Metro Chamber, Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and North State BIA. His community leadership roles have included a past chairmanship and directorships of the Sacramento Sports Commission, serving on the board of the Sacramento Regional Sports Education Foundation, and also serving as a board member of the Sacramento Zoological Society.
