Cushman & Wakefield plans to digitally advance commercial real estate operations, client delivery and data stewardship by embedding its new AI+ digital transformation strategy, and proprietary data and partnerships into the commercial real estate (CRE) transaction lifecycle.
With a focuse on people and partners, AI+ is built on a series of partnerships between the global real estate services company and select strategic technology providers.
In a bid to deliver digital transformation at scale, the group is deploying a combination of partner and proprietary AI products to increase access and speed-to-market for the firm’s enterprise expertise and insights. It says it aims to ’empowering’ brokers, services and research professionals to support client decision-making and other needs. AI+ is being rolled out alongside a second AI-powered solution launched on 20th September, C&W Atlas Mapping.

The company began its AI journey in 2018, with a focus on aligning business, data, and operations. Results to date range from a reported 80 per cent material reduction in operational cycles to lower client supply chain costs as a result of deploying new optimization capabilities.
With AI+, Cushman & Wakefield expects to unlock new insights by leveraging the multiple new partner technologies including the AI marketing copilot Jasper, and proprietary large language models which allow vizualisation of curated data sets across the enterprise which employs 52,000 people at 400 offices in 60 countries.
