Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed a multifamily brokerage team with a three-year transaction record of US $445 million at its Colorado Springs location.

The team which joins from Capstone Apartment Partners, will provide full-service solutions to multifamily investors and developers in the Colorado and New Mexico markets.

Notable transactions brokered by the team include the US $17.5 million sale of The Gardens at Hidden Creek, located at 1117 Verde Drive which is a 125-unit multifamily property.

Team members

Pat Knowlton, Executive Director: Knowlton is a local to the Colorado Springs market and brings a wealth of area knowledge as well as deep connections throughout the city. He specializes in existing multifamily property acquisitions and dispositions as well as new multifamily land development opportunities. Knowlton’s success is further demonstrated by his impressive track record, previously spending the last 5 years at Capstone Apartment Partners as Director and Partner within the firm.

Jeff Dimmen, Senior Director: Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Dimmen has an extensive network of relationships in the community and provides a unique insight into the local market. He is passionate and dedicated to building lasting relationships with his clients, both private capital investors and large institutions, and offering solutions for them to achieve their wealth and investment goals.

Lee Wagner, Director: Wagner is an experienced multifamily advisor and is consistently connecting investors with beneficial opportunities in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo markets. Wagner is particularly adept at navigating 1031 exchanges, and his expertise in value-add investments has helped him become a sought-after resource for those looking to maximize their portfolio.
