Cushman & Wakefield Northern California Asset Services has been awarded the management contract for a 14-building, 1.1 million sq. ft (msf) office portfolio and 7 msf NNN ground lease portfolio at the Stanford Research Park (SRP) in Palo Alto, California.

Affiliated with Stanford University since 1951, the park is in the heart of Silicon Valley’s research & development activity, and comprises 700 acres real estate perfect for innovation. Home to over 150 companies, including a thriving bioscience community located in its Life Science District, SRP is an innovation hub.
