… the Cushman & Wakefield team was wholly committed to the success of the transition of this portfolio

“Leveraging the depth of the Cushman & Wakefield platform — including Asset Services, Project & Development Services, Brokerage, and Sustainability — and aligning these services with every level of SRP’s leadership infrastructure was key to our firm’s winning this prestigious assignment.

“Several months of planning, mapping, quality control and intense transitioning ensured the client that the Cushman & Wakefield team was wholly committed to the success of the transition of this portfolio,” says Sandra Boyle, West Region Lead, Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services.

“Cushman & Wakefield’s highly specialized expertise, collaboration and relationship management won this business. With its mission statement, ‘Stanford Research Park is a community of and for people who seek to invent the future,’ SRP is a perfect partner for Cushman & Wakefield,” adds Marsha Ramsey, Senior Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Asset Services.

Completing the Asset Services’ Northern California team led by Marsha Ramsey are Trude Hursh and Chris Narayan (TQC), Phil Blair (Controller), Jason Jacobson (PDS) and Rachel Schiftan (ESS). The firm’s on-site team is led by Alissa Lee. Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team members, Ben Paul and David Hiebert, provided continued support through their multi-asset listing relationship.
