Property developer Mountain View will be represented within the Egyptian Pavilion at MIPIM 2022, where it will launch an innovative ‘Happiness by Design’ Index whilst showcase 15 projects in prime Egyptian locations.
Happiness by Design, an initiative from Mountain View, CallisonRTKL (CRTKL), and Delivering Happiness, will bring together the science of happiness and science of design to integrate happiness within the culture of the workplace, built environments and across Mountain View communities.
Mountain View owns a substantial portfolio of land bank, amounting to 2,227 acres, divided into 3 main districts. West Cairo, represented in “iCity”, “Chill Out Park” and “Mountain View Giza Plateau” projects located in 6th of October, and East Cairo projects, reflected in “iCity”, “Mountain View 1, “Mountain View 2” “Mountain View Hyde Park” and “Mountain View Executive Residence” . In addition to the costal projects, overlooking the Red Sea and the Mediterranean; “Mountain View Sokhna” project 1 and 2, and “Mountain View Ras ElHekma” in North Coast.
The developer has overseen a broad range of projects including 9 distinct communities in East and West Cairo, 3 beachfront communities on the Red Sea and the Mediterranean, in addition to “Heartwork”, the first happy international business hub in Egypt & the Middle East, and iCity – an innovative 4-dimensional concept that has been developed in Cairo’s high-end East and West suburbs. The iCity project deploys 4D technology and international standards which is a true testament of a successful public-private partnership.

The Egypt Pavilion at MIPIM, which will host nine other top Egyptian real estate developers, will provide an opportunity for Mountain View to promote its game changing brand, whilst helping to export its innovation products and concepts to the world.
Mountain View will be hosting a keynote session and panel discussion, entitled ‘Designing for happiness NOW: a new global index’, during MIPIM on Wednesday, March 16, 3-4pm in AUDITORIUM A, Palais des Festivals, and in the EGYPT PAVILION Stand C.16 at 4-5pm on Thursday, March 17th.
