Law Society Awards TFM Contract

The Law Society, the professional body for solicitors in England and Wales, has awarded Anabas a three-year total facilities management contract.

 

The new contract for the delivery of integrated facility services, will see the service provider deliver security, reception, helpdesk, mechanical electrical (M&E) support, cleaning and account management to five sites in London, Birmingham and Cardiff. The sites comprise 15,500 square metres, and include the professional body’s iconic Grade II listed building in Chancery Lane which dates from 1832.

 

Announcing the award, Tom Booton, Head of Corporate Real Estate at The Law Society, said: “We decided to tender to take our services to the next level, from functional delivery to end user focus, reflecting investments we have made in refurbishing space and our desire for technology enabled delivery. Anabas showed they could meet this challenge, and their culture & innovative approach to service delivery really stood out to us.

“We look forward to building a great partnership with Anabas to transform our FM service delivery.”

Alistair Craig, Anabas managing director, added: “The Law Society is such a prestigious legal governing body, and we are extremely proud to have been awarded this contract. Our work will help The Law Society achieve efficiencies and improve overall service delivery.”
