Cushman & Wakefield has represented both parties in the sale of Pacific Vista, a 322,262 square foot Class A corporate office campus situated on a 24.38 acre plot in Lake Forest, Orange County, California.

The property consists of five (5) premier two-story office buildings that are leased to seven long-term tenants.

Prologis, Inc., a global leader in logistics real estate, acquired the asset from an undisclosed seller for $96 million, and plans to continue operating the property as a best-in-class office project.

Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director, Jason Ward, represented the buyer, with John Harty assisted by Jeffrey Cole, Nico Napolitano and Ed Hernandez (all also of Cushman & Wakefield) represented the seller in the transaction.

Ward says: “With its central location, Pacific Vista is a great addition to Prologis’ portfolio, and we worked closely with the company to capitalize on this strategic, off-market opportunity.”

Located at 25500-25550 Commercentre Drive, Pacific Vista is located in southern Orange County and offers convenient access to major freeway routes including Interstates 5 and 405 as well as State Route-241. The property is  proximate to numerous amenities including Irvine Spectrum and the Great Park.
