Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of the newly built 16-unit Arcadia Views luxury apartment community in Phoenix, Arizona.

Constructed in 2023, the new Class A eco-friendly multifamily development located at 2640 North 52nd St was acquired by Las Vegas based Capro Arcadia Views LLC for US $8.5 million.

Executive Managing Directors David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis and Race Carter from Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group in Phoenix were supported by Associate, Race Carter, in representing seller, Kinella Capital.
