Vattenfall Extends Contract with ISS Energy Services

State-owned Swedish power company Vattenfall has renewed its integrated facilities management contract with ISS in Germany until 2021.

The contract which is delivered by ISS Energy Services was initially awarded in 2014 and relates to the provision of facilities management, maintenance, space management, business support, catering, fleet management, cleaning and security services.

Announcing the award, Helge Rugor, Vice President for Real Estate and Facility Management at Vattenfall, said:

“We look back on our five years of successful cooperation with ISS and look forward to continuing this for the next two years. Thanks to all the dedicated ISS employees who support us every day.”

ISS country manager for Germany, Dr. Alexander Granderath, added:

“We are very pleased that Vattenfall has exercised its option to extend the contract and continue our partnership until the end of 2021. We see this as a sign of confidence and trust in the work that we have done so far and further strengthens our profile as a partner to the energy industry.

“I would like to thank all my colleagues who have contributed to this success.”
